Has anyone else had any issues with their Infiniti inTouch system? The video above shows how slow the system loads… It takes roughly 1 minute and 37 seconds just load everything up. Is this a standard issue for the 2014 Infiniti Q50?

The video above shows you how to create user settings in your Infiniti Q50. Below are detailed step by step instructions on how to configure your Infinit Q50 user settings.

The first thing you are going to want to do is make sure the car is on. From there, after your aps load you are going to edit user; you are going to double check that your intelligent key is in the ‘ON’ position, then you will hit the back button. From there, the small person symbol in the bottom right hand corner, click that, then ‘add new’ and that will bring up ‘user 1’. From there you are going to go in and edit that user, then from there edit the name. So you can go in and delete the current user, we will make user Bob. From there we can change the icon, it can come up through a list of icons. So if you notice, look at the intelligent key, it is lit up over the second key so that means that this user is on the second key fob and from there is your user. If you wanted to do one for a 3rd or 4th key fob you could add new and go in and follow the same instructions. With our intelligent key, whenever you get in, it is going to recognize that key fob and it is going to adjust your steering, where your steering wheel is set, where your seat position is and which radio stations you prefer.

I recently searched YouTube to see if anyone posted anything about software updates for the Infiniti Q50. Well the video above shows the pre-software update and the post-software update. View the video to see the difference between the two.

• When I enter the car I would like it if the radio screen stayed displayed and not revert back to the main screen. (this would be a great “user” setting)
• I really don’t understand why there are two ways to change the temperature in the car (climate button & side temperature buttons) it should be one or the other.
• When I go to change the radio station and I scroll past the six main channels it would be great if the next panel of stations showed up on the screen if I start venturing into the next set of stations. Example: If I go past channel six onto channel seven it should then show that panel of stations.
• The loading of apps should not take as long as they do! It’s a bit ridiculous for a car with this much technology to be as slow as it is.
• The back up indicators need to be displayed the second I put my car in reverse not after they load in the system.
• Prevent the passenger seat from shaking while going over bumps or rail road tracks.
• The main thing that bothered me the most when I purchased the car was the lack of apps! I truly thought that there was going to be more than two or three measly apps.
